Chef's Choice Mushroom Jerky

Everything you wish a mushroom jerky would be! We designed this as a teriyaki-style (gluten-free) jerky with a little chili paste and black pepper for a spicy kick. The texture is surprisingly similar to a classic meat jerky and possibly more addictive!
